How to roll an article's version back

This page describes how to use the Gestalt auto-versioning system to restore an earlier version of an article. In this case, the user has accidentally deleted an article, but not yet emptied the trash. This allows us to edit the article in its nearly deleted state, browse earlier versions of that article's state, and choose to restore a version which more accurately reflects the content we want to see.
